The Brook School, Crawley
Children from Brook School, Crawley joined in planting wildflowers on a bank in their playground. The sun came out and all had a lovely day – over 400 perennial wild flowers were planted. They will be flowering this summer to provide much needed nectar to local species of butterflies, moths, bees; and a whole host of other insects that will make the meadow their home. The pupils where clearly thriving and received much praise and encouragement from their teachers.
With Special thanks to Gemma Bather and Marie Buss.
