Pupils and their teacher, who together form the school Gardening Club, planted  20 Birch saplings into a raised bed area in February 2011.

The school held an assembly to inform all the pupils and staff about their new School Tree Nursery.  The pupils have also learnt about the importance of trees as part of their PSHE lessons.
